  • Prepare projects and programs proposals
  • Design and implement studies
  • Implement advocacy and lobbying campaigns and activities locally and internationally
  • Implement informational activities regarding TCC work, locally and internationally
Public Relations Unit
  • Develop relations with local and international funding organizations
  • Prepare projects proposals and reports in English
  • Establish a data base for funding organizations
  • Establish procedures and necessary forms for the preparation of project proposals and direct units' managers in their use
  • Translate and edit project proposals and send them to the appropriate parties
  • Prepare informational material about TCC, in addition to annual reports in English
  • Follow-up and updating of TCC website
  • Follow-up evaluation of the Strategic Plan
Finance and Management Unit
  • Prepare annual budget of TCC and budgets of proposed programs
  • Apply financial and accountants procedures to all TCC activities
  • Implement financial and employees systems
  • Offer logistical support to all TCC activities
  • Implement needs assessment studies whenever necessary
  • Implement training for TCC staff
  • Prepare annual and semi-annual financial and administrative reports
