Teacher Creativity Center team concluded its field visits to schools in 6 directorates in the West Bank .The visits were in the context of follow-up to the project of the Integrity Clubs, implemented by Teacher Creativity Center , funded by Save the children , and in partnership with the Ministry of Education. The project targets 20 schools in 6 directorates: in Hebron area (Al-Maaref Basic School for Girls, Al-Hajriya Elementary School, Al-Nahda Elementary School for Boys , Al-Yaqoubiyah Elementary School for Girls), in Bethlehem area (Wadi Fukin Mixed high School , Battir Secondary School for boys , Wadi Al-Nis Mixed Secondary School , Al-Zawahrah Mixed Secondary School, Tuqu Secondary School for boys, Beit Fajjar Secondary School for Girls) ,in the South of Nablus (School of the Martyr Reham Dawabsheh, Abdul Rahim Ouda Primary School , Audla Primary School , Orif Secondary girls’ School) , Jericho (Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Secondary girls School , Al-Auja Secondary girls School) Qalqilya (Jeet Mixed Secondary School , Muscat Secondary School) , Ramallah (Beit Our Al-Fawqa Mixed Secondary School , Beit Liqya Secondary Girls).
These visits came in the context of follow-up to a training course on the topic of integrity clubs has been held by the Ministry of Education in partnership with TCC .The tarining has targeted 40 teachers. The project aims mainly to enhance the integrity and transparency system among youth .
It is worth noting that this project is implemented within the scope of work of the Teacher Creativity Center in the Citizenship Program.It aims to spread a culture of integrity, transparency and accountability and strengthen it in the Palestinian community, and contribute to the creation of a Palestinian youth generation with knowledge and skills that enables them to reflect positive social change.The program also seeks mainly to create and enhance a culture of societal accountability , anti-corruption system, and to enhance transparency, integrity and accountability in life practices through community-based youth initiatives inside and outside the school environment as well as , to contribute to creating a young generation capable of practicing societal accountability in the community .
